Jackie McDowell

Jackie McDowell loves working with people, it is why she loves her job. Jackie supports our mission that clients always come first.

As Vice President of Operations for The Potter Financial Group, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. She makes sure that all paperwork for investment and insurance accounts are processed and updated promptly and that client requests and questions are addressed. Providing clients with the best possible service is her mission.

Her background is in insurance and she joined The Potter Financial Group in 1987 as the new business processor of the Individual insurance division. In addition, she has served as assistant to the President and head of customer service.

Jackie is a Durham resident with her husband and daughter. She enjoys gardening, the outdoors and reading in her spare time.
