Jackie McDowell has been actively involved in the insurance industry since 1979.  She began her career in the group health arena. 

In 1987, she joined The Potter Financial Group as the new business processor of the Individual insurance division.  In addition, she has served as assistant to the President and head of customer service. 

In 2000, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations and currently manages the day to day operations of the company.

Jackie lives in Durham with her husband and daughter.  She enjoys gardening, the outdoors, and bird watching in her spare time.
